Tyler Tudryn

Director of Maintenance

When something needs fixing, improving, or planning, Tyler is the one making it happen. As Director of Maintenance, he coordinates all maintenance concerns and ensures every issue gets the right solution—quickly and professionally. Tyler holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License, multiple additional certifications, and is proud to be OSHA-approved.

Brian Brown

Maintenance Technician

Brian brings a craftsman’s touch to the CBR Realty team. With strong skills in carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance, Brian keeps our properties looking their best. He’s dedicated to quality work and efficient service—and like the rest of the team, he’s OSHA-approved and trained to maintain the highest standards of safety and excellence.
